Cancellation Policies

The organizing company will not be responsible for possible modifications for climatological reasons. In case of bad weather conditions which will not allow us to realize the activity in a secure way, any amount of deposit previously paid will not be refundable but we will offer you an alternative date to realize the activity. The alternative date to realize the activity will be agreed with you. The alternative date must be within the time of the next 350 following days.
In case the client doesn’t show up at the start of the excursion the client will have to pay 100% of the Total amount. Cancellation fee of 100% applies for all cancellations, the deposit paid to Bananapalmbay.com is not refundable in any case.
